Dholera Guide is an independent editorial project that answers, in plain and sourced English, the questions people actually ask about Dholera SIR (the Dholera Special Investment Region, marketed as Dholera Smart City). We are not a broker, a developer, or a government body. We do not sell plots, take listing fees, or promote any project.
Most Dholera content online is written to sell you land. Prices are presented as guarantees, timelines as certainties, and every developer as the number one. That is not information, it is marketing. Dholera Guide takes the opposite approach: every number is labelled durable, reported with a date, or target, and traces to a named source such as DSIRDA, NICDC, GUJRERA, the CEA or PIB.
Fifty deep guides across six clusters: what Dholera SIR is and its current status, geography and connectivity, price and investment mechanics, buying and safety, a full NRI track, and the mega-projects (the Tata semiconductor fab, the solar park, water infrastructure, and comparisons with GIFT City and Navi Mumbai). Each guide carries an AI summary, an audio Listen option, a table of contents, real tables, an FAQ, and a visible sources block.
